Upon request, Niagara River Trading Company (NRTC) will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication support when receiving and responding to feedback from persons with disabilities.

Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
Upon request, NRTC will provide or will arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication support for persons with disabilities that is timely and takes into account the person’s accessibility needs. The Company will consult with the person making the request in determining the suitability of an accessible format or communication support. This does not apply to products or product labels, non-convertible information, or communication and information that the Company does not control directly or indirectly through a contractual relationship. If it is determined that information or communication are not convertible, the Company shall provide the person requesting the information or communication with an explanation as to why the information or communication is not convertible and a summary of the information or communication.
Accessible Websites and Web Content
NRTC shall make their internet website and web content conform with the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 initially at Level A and increasing to level AA, except where this is impracticable.
